Last month we had the chance to facilitate a workshop for trainees and graduates. The agenda dealt with the different generations in the working environment, conflict and time management. The participants learnt how to appear self-assured in their role as new employees and to convince people with an attitude of curiosity and interest instead of delivering only facts.
