H\u00e4ufig warten Menschen mit ihrer R\u00fcckmeldung, speziell in schwierigen Situationen, bis ihnen irgendwann der Kragen platzt. Dann h\u00f6rt sich Feedback oft so an: &#8220;Du bist &#8230;&#8221; und macht damit die gesamte Person zum Problem. Das wird auf der Gegenseite als wenig konstruktiv empfunden und gibt auch keine Anregung zur Verbesserung. Wenn wir den Kreis weiter von der Person entfernen, k\u00f6nnen wir unseren Blick auf ihr Verhalten richten und auch einen Hinweis auf den Kontext geben, in dem uns das Verhalten st\u00f6rt.
